Wolseley Partners Fund I, L.P.
Fund I was raised in September 2005 with $107 million. It is fully invested across five portfolio groups of primary investments which involved the acquisition of, or investments in, 21 companies.

Wolseley Partners Fund II, L.P.
Fund II was raised in June 2008, with $235 million available for investment in mid-market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Fund II has made five investments.
